2Wash and dry all produce. Trim and halve green beans . Mince or grate garlic . Peel and mince or grate ginger . Cut the whites and greens of scallions into 1-inch pieces. 3Heat a large drizzle of olive oil in a large pan over high heat. Add the green beans, peppers, and scallions to the pan. Cook, tossing, for ⏱️ 5 minutes , until tender and beginning to brown. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from the pan and set aside.olive oil: 4 tsp -
4Heat another large drizzle of olive oil in the same pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and ginger to the pan. Cook, tossing, for ⏱️ 2 minutes , until fragrant. Season with salt and pepper. -
5Add ground pork to the pan and increase heat to medium-high. Cook, breaking up the meat into pieces, for ⏱️ 5 minutes , until browned.
